When you submit booking details, we collect details such as name, email, phone number, selected vehicle, pickup and return dates, locations, traveler count, driver age, flight number if provided, route notes, and message content.
We use booking information to respond to you, prepare rental details, send payment links where applicable, and provide customer support.
The website uses Netlify Forms to receive booking details. Form submissions may be processed and stored by Netlify according to Netlify's service terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only where needed to provide the rental service, process payment links, comply with law, or protect legitimate business interests.
Booking information is kept for as long as needed to manage rentals, records, and legal or accounting obligations.
