How do I book a car?+
Choose a vehicle, select your pickup and drop-off dates, and complete the booking form on the vehicle page. Moss Car Rental will then send you a payment link. Your reservation is confirmed after payment is completed.
When is my booking confirmed?+
Your booking is confirmed when payment has been completed through the payment link we send you. Until payment is completed, the vehicle, dates, pickup details, and drop-off details are not locked in.
How do payments work?+
We do not take payment directly on the website. After you send your booking details, Moss Car Rental sends a secure payment link by email or message. Once payment is completed, we confirm the reservation.
What are the daily prices?+
The BMW X5 is $400 per day and the Dacia Duster is $150 per day. The final total depends on the number of rental days, pickup and drop-off details, and any extras agreed before payment.
Is zero liability included?+
Yes. Zero liability is included as standard with every Moss Car Rental booking. It is not an optional upsell. Final protection terms, exclusions, and restricted-use rules are shown in the rental agreement before payment.
Where can I pick up and drop off the car?+
The booking form lets you choose Keflavik International Airport, Reykjavik, or Other for pickup and drop-off. If you choose Other, include the location in the message field so we can confirm whether it is possible.
Can I choose different pickup and drop-off locations?+
Yes. You can choose different pickup and drop-off locations in the booking form. Some locations may affect the final total or require confirmation before payment.
Can I drive on F-roads?+
The Dacia Duster is F-road capable where permitted by road conditions and the rental agreement. The BMW X5 is not offered for F-road use. F-roads can close quickly in Iceland, so route plans must follow current road conditions and the rental agreement.
Which vehicle should I choose?+
Choose the BMW X5 if you want a premium, comfortable vehicle for paved-road touring and longer drives. Choose the Dacia Duster if you want a practical 4x4 option with F-road capability where permitted.
Are the cars suitable for Iceland road trips?+
Yes. The vehicles are selected for Iceland travel, including longer drives, changing weather, luggage, and common routes around Reykjavik, the south coast, and the Ring Road. Always drive according to weather, road conditions, and official travel guidance.
Do you offer child seats or extras?+
Add any child seats, luggage needs, timing requests, or special requirements in the message field when booking. We will confirm what is available before sending the payment link.
